Creating Reports
ReportCert provides a streamlined workflow for creating NDT inspection reports. Start by selecting a template that matches your inspection method (UT, MT, PT, etc.), then fill in the project details.
Quick Start Guide
- Click "Create New Report" from the Reports page
- Select your inspection method template
- Enter project number, client name, and location
- Click "Create" - your report number is auto-generated
Report Editor
The Layout Editor provides a live A4 preview with automatic pagination. Toggle between Edit Mode for data entry and Preview Mode to see exactly how your report will appear in the final PDF.

Approval Workflow
Reports follow a structured approval process from draft creation through final issuance. Select an approver, submit for review, and track the status through completion.
